The filter
media shall consist of 100% glass microfiber constructed with a non-woven
backing material on the air leaving side. Unique filter construction exposes the greatest filter media area,
trapping and holding the greatest amount of dust possible.
The filter
shall be constructed of modular pocket assemblies within a non-corrosive,
galvanized header frame with rolled edges and flush mitered corners. The media shall be sewn with double lock
stitch edges and a thermoplastic synthetic sealant on all spacer stitches to
provide a leak-free construction
