EXHAUST FILTERS
Viskon-Aire Paint Arrestors consist of polyester and fiberglass each of which is designed and ideally suited to fit a particular application. Our paint arrestors are inexpensive, disposable air filters that trap paint overspray solids in the air before they reach the exhaust stack. Flexible, versatile, efficient paint overspray removal for paint spray booths of all sizes, types, and applications.

FIBERGLASS EXHAUST FILTERS
- Extraction rolls are manufactured in 22, 18 and 14 gram weights and are available in cut pads or bulk rolls
- Rolls are 2-1/2 inches thick for superb paint collection
- Rolls are 100, 200 or 300 feet in length
- Extraction rolls are wrapped in plastic and shipped in plastic or heavy-duty cartons
- All pads are compressed package which take up 50% less space and cheaper to ship
- UL Class 2
POLYESTER PAINT ARRESTOR ROLLS and PADS
- Polyester Paint Arrestor Rolls and Pads are available in two grades:
1. Economy - The "Collector" is one distinct 1/2" layer of polyester with a very open web matrix allowing dirt and other airborne particles to penetrate deep. Often used as a pre-filter.
2. PS - "PS Media" is a 1-1/2" dual stage media providing higher efficiency and longer life. The air entering web is more open, allowing dirt or paint and other airborne particles to penetrate deep into the web matrix. The tightly woven back ply traps and retains the smaller particles.
- Tightly bonded 100% polyester fibers do not shed
- Designed for use in 100% humidity conditions
- Safe to handle
- Available in the extended surface "V" Pocket for high volume operations.
GRIDS
- Heavy-duty grids are available in 20 x 20, 20 x 25, 12 x 36 and 24 x 36
- Rubber tips are included for any adjustment necessary in securing the frame
